Breakfast:
Some fruit to wake up to, the usual steel cut oats, and a portion of kale with sweet potato.
Lunch:
A salad and a bowl of my Umpteen Bean Soup from the weekendDinner:
I was at a reception, where I found a few things to nibble on, and when I came back I had a good size salad with some broccoli and quinoa, red leaf lettuce, beets, and the works.Easy does it.
